How Payment Works

Clear terms, paid in advance

  • Due by the 5th of the monthTuition is paid in advance, on or before the fifth of each month. You're reserving your child's spot, so tuition stays the same whether or not your child attends on a given day.
  • Cash, check, or DSHS subsidyWe accept cash, check, or authorization through DSHS Working Connections. Families on subsidy are responsible for any portion the state does not cover.
  • Year-end tax statementsYou'll receive an IRS W-10 form for your annual childcare expenses. Year-end statements go out in January, and monthly statements are available on request.
  • Holidays & vacationsTuition isn't reduced for weeks with holidays or for family vacation days, since your child's spot is held for you. We give advance notice of any closures.
  • Two weeks' notice to start or end careEnrollment requires completed forms, current immunization records, the registration fee, a deposit, and an introductory visit. Ending care requires two weeks' notice; your deposit covers that final week.

These terms reflect our current Parent Policy & Procedure Handbook, which we'll walk you through at your introductory visit. All pricing on this page is provided for general reference and is subject to change.
